I remember in high school when there was an intense politic event going on, and in English class the teacher told us to write a letter to the new PM in a form of an essay. And for some reason I managed to hand in a page of “I have nothing to say because I don’t care about politics.” The teacher called me up to reprimand me, so I felt glorious about my (false) brave rebellion because I wrote what I think. Teacher was like what the fuck write a better one or I’ll make my disappointed face at you forever. Then I remembered it was English class not life.
